Congestion Question?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

i have had awful probs with my throat.. got tonsils out and throat was still at me after over a year finally found out its my nasal strip in my throat causing inflamation in the throat and is a pain like.. last few weeks my nose has being so congested like try vicks at nite taken singulair recently but no luck yet Does Really cold Weather Clog Ya Up?? seems like since it started getting cold?? im on a nose steroid spray as well but nothing seems to be working.. gonna try get to a ENT fella but he booked out for months wondering if it could be my adenoids causing all my probs clogging me up and causing congestion since tonsils out still have probs with throat and nose ANY ideas Please And thanks!!!
