Does this sound y? and does any other guy think its normal that when I ''***'' I feel like a complete MAN!?

Im 19 going on 20 this year, but when I I feel strong and like a total Man! is it normal to feel empowered by just seeing my testacles pull up n ? such a normal bodily function!....or is it the testosterone surge.....
