Why is Harnett County, NC Dss allowing Angela Lynette Stroud to get away with welfare fraud?
Angela Lynette Stroud was reported for welfare fraud in June, 2010. This person have been committing, this same crime for years. Harnett county have refuse to act on a complaint that would have save taxpayer money. Yet they have chosen to do nothing.
