Does this rule apply for cyber schooled kids?

PA virtual academy is not homeschooling, it public school at home. Therefore homeschool laws do not apply. As I said in your previous question, the only school district in PA to allow cyber school students access to extra curriculars at their local schools is the Armstrong School District.
