How can I manage my groups without my old unused email as moderator?

I created a group when I was still with my previous company and only myself was the moderator. But since 6 years ago I left the company and nobody moderate the groups and so many spammer join the group and send so many spams. How can I control my groups without my old email or worse case scenario, I will delete the groups but unfortunately no moderator for the group anymore.
