Parenting please help!!!?

My in-laws call me jess. Instead of mommy or mom when there telling my son to follow me or anything to do with me I'm jess but my husband family calls him daddy or papa when there talking to the baby! How could I say it in a nice way that I don't want my son to call me by my first name and to call me mom or mommy? It really bothers me and maybe I'm over acting but its my son and I never grew up calling my parents by the first name and I don't want that for my son either! Please help!!!
