How much would it cost me to get a lawyer to take my name off as a co-signer on my mothers house?

Me and my mother are not getting along or speaking to each other and I been asking her to take my name off as a co-signer on her house. I have nothing to do with it. Im aware that I would need to get a lawyer to do that for me but I would like to know how much Im looking at in terms of cost and time it takes to be done. Thanks for any help!!
