How often should you change your PAD if you're on your period but blood not on period?

Well im 12 n i change mine atleast 2-4 times a day n it might be because of u not having the right pad because i never bleed in my undies with a pad on they say depending on how heavy ur cycle is ur supposed to change evry 4hrs a day ur on so ya
