What does cm look like after ovulation?

Ok, to go into a bit more detail, on sunday i had a clear stretchy cm and we have bd every day except last night, does this cm mean i have already ovulated? Im not too sure what its meant to look like but today its quite dry. Please help, bn ttc for 10 months now and stii no luck, all opk's have given me negatives and never once in all this time have I had a positive. Could I have bn lucky this month or do I still keep up the bd. Last af was 28th October.
