Do any phone service providers offer this?

right now i am with a local company "metro pcs" i pay aprox. 50 a month that gives me unlimited EVERYTHING min, texting, internet... any main stream companys offering this now.. only reason i ask is i want a touch screen phone and metro does not offer these yet..
