I am not looking for huge muscles you know just a decent tone, i am 21 skinny (120 lbs about) 5'9". I do have have weights. How long and frequent should I work out. Also what should I eat for faster/better results and also what dietary supplements are good, I want to "buff" up as fast as I can with least amount of time possible, where is the balance? is there certain times of the day to work out for best results? Aslo how can I stay motivated? thank you -Brian
