In The Da Vinci Code, what pic was it of the religious head piece in Spain that was similar to the KKK costume

The faithful Catholics wear this costume, especially when statues of saints are paraded through the streets on huge floats (normally these statues are in the churches) on the evening & night of Good Friday. Some are white, some black and a few, red, but only in groups, not all mixed in together. The tall, conical hats cover the entire face, down onto the chest and back. Only eye slits are cut into the cloth.
